About The Position

As a Dual Rate Food and Beverage Supervisor you will work Friday and Saturday nights in leading the dining room service team in Gordon Ramsay Steak and on other shifts throughout the week, you may assist with leadership in our Brew Brothers Sports Bar or in other non-leadership hospitality roles as needed. You will be eligible to enroll in benefits at 90days of employment. Responsible for supervising front of house service teams in our restaurants and ensuring the highest standards of service. Works collaboratively with other departments and leaders to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and consistency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License.
  • Must pass background check
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and regular work on the weekends.
  • Must present a well-groomed professional appearance.
  • Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in data entry, read and interpret output from a computer.
  • Must have knowledge of the skills necessary formost hospitalty positions, including knowledge of upscale dining
  • Minimum of three years previous experience in front of house operations
  • Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
  • Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues.

  • Ideal candidate has experience in proper service of wine and proper fine dining service steps

Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for supervising front of house restaurant staff
  • Performs duties in other food service roles to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assists with training and guidance for new front of house team members
  • Oversees steps of service in the dining room on assigned leadership shifts and performs table -touches with our dining guests
  • Works with restaurant manager to coordinate work schedules and assignments for team
  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.
