Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applicants must successfully complete dealer training or have 6 months prior Poker dealing experience in a certified/licensed commercial casino environment.
• Six months experience in customer service field preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be proficient in dealing the games.

Responsibilities

• Deal games in order to provide guests with courteous, accurate and efficient service
• Possess money-handling skills, count large sums of cash and exchange for gaming chips
• Receive wagers from customers and pay the appropriate game outcomes
• Follow game procedures when dealing Poker
• Possess a strong knowledge and adhere to all departmental policies and procedures including those pertaining to Federal and Regulatory laws and guidelines.
• Follow all state regulations and internal controls as it relates to this position
• Verify and sign for Fills, Credits and all documents listed in internal controls
• Provide game protection by keeping visual contact of all guests and game layout, and report any suspicious activity to your immediate supervisor.
• Inspect cards and gaming equipment to ensure compliance with gaming standards
• Maintain game security and protect company assets at all times
• Assist customers in understanding the rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
