The primary purpose of this position is to provide oversight to critical components of areas of work in the Division of Social Services and the Division of Aging. Specifically, this role holds three primary functions: Staff to the Social Services Commission; Rules Coordinator; and Legislative Bill Review and Reports Coordinator. This position oversees the entire lifecycle of bill reviews, mandated reports, and formal rulemaking. Additionally, this position provides policy analysis and administrative lead support for the Social Services Commission, while managing special projects and emergency management activities as directed by Division leadership.
