About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the team in and around NEPA! BAYADA’s special needs aides - DSPs - work 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor. We specialize in assisting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential!
Make an Impact:
Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and community integration activities
Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies

Requirements

• One year experience working or volunteering with intellectual and development disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities
