Requirements

Two or more years of accounting experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organization skills to balance and prioritize work – attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools including Microsoft Excel skills
Good communication skills

Responsibilities

Responsible for reconciling, and designating Drug Rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level
Research and respond to DHCS and drug manufacturer inquiries via email
Track incoming manufacturer documentation
Mail invoices and late payment notice letters
Complete daily status reporting of work performed
Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines
