Position Summary: The Entry-Level Rebate Analyst supports the administration and analysis of rebate programs by assisting with calculations, reporting, and data validation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in finance, accounting, or data analysis while gaining exposure to pricing, contracts, and financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering)
  • Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist with calculating customer and vendor rebates based on contractual terms
  • Review rebate data for accuracy and completeness
  • Support monthly and quarterly rebate reporting and accrual processes
  • Help reconcile rebate balances and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain rebate records and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to clarify rebate terms
  • Respond to internal and external rebate-related inquiries
  • Support audits by gathering documentation and preparing basic analysis
  • Assist in improving rebate processes and documentation
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
