ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for interviewing, training, and selecting employees for the department. Respond to and handle employee concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Recommend or take appropriate action when administering disciplinary processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring the work of the team members in assigned area(s). Responsible for monitoring legal compliance with federal, state and gaming laws. Weighs, counts, wraps and records slot drop according to procedure. Sorts, counts and records contents of table game drop boxes according to procedure. Verifies quantity against records. Transfers coin from hard count room to coin storage room. Prepares bank deposits of coin. Wraps bank purchases of coin. Responsible for general upkeep of hard and soft count room. Repairs and maintains count room equipment. Always presents oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
