About The Position
The Drop / Count Team is responsible for retrieving unverified coin and cash from slot machines. Accurately count, bag, wrap and transport coin to various banks in the casino. Handle large amounts of verified and unverified cash and cash-equivalents.
Responsibilities
- Collect coin and cash drops from slot machines on a daily basis and verifies weight of coin in each drop bucket.
- Deliver cash drop to Vault.
- Process coin/cash and stacks bags of coins and buckets of wrapped coins on cards, according to prescribed procedures to transport and store coin in vaults.
- Verify bags of coins retrieved from cage booths in using counting equipment.
- Retrieve/deliver coin as requested to appropriate cage and slot banks throughout the casino.
- Perform related and/or other duties as required.
