About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Driver to join their team. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must possess and maintain the specific state-required chauffer class license
Must have a clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy
Must be first aid certified
Will possess clear verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day, and the use of a ladder is required
Job functions require both indoor and outdoor work, including in periods of inclement weather
Must be criminally cleared and fidelity bondable
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
Has demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in the areas of leadership and supervision, including time management and organization, as well as the ability to represent and promote activities and programs
Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

Meet resident transportation needs and assist in safe and timely arrival to appointments
Assist with maintenance duties and safety needs throughout the community
Provide first class customer service to community residents in a safe and professional manner
