Description Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Recruit, screen, interview and hire qualified Class A Drivers Source applicants by utilizing Screen and interview applicants via phone to obtain work history, education, training and skills Provide information on company and job opportunities to potential applicants Process applications for potential drivers, new hires and rehires Complete background screenings including pulling MVR and DAC reports Complete retention calls to current drivers to build and maintain relationships Track call and hire data generated from multiple sources
