About The Position
This position is for EPES Transport, Inc., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role you will serve as the first impression of EPES Transport to potential driver candidates. You will be attracting quality candidates and will be responsible for participating in hiring decisions and using good judgement to assess whether or not a candidate meets company requirements. It is essential to maintain a knowledgeable, professional presentation to drivers of Company’s qualifications and operations. This position is located in Charlotte, NC. Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm This position is for EPES Transport, Inc., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for inbound and outbound driver recruiting calls, leads and inquiries. Screens, interviews and pre-qualifies all telephone inquiries, update ATS
- Pre-Qualify Driver candidates prior to submitting to processing. This includes running and reviewing all applicable reports, updating application/Tenstreet as needed.
- Maintains knowledge of FMCSA regulations, Company hiring guidelines and practices, ATS functionality and obtaining & analyzing consumer reports.
- Maintain contact with pre-screened drivers up to date of hire.
