About The Position
Join NOV in Casper, WY, as a Drill Bit Repair Technician supporting our ReedHycalog business unit. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on mechanical skills to enter or grow in the energy sector. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment performing essential repair and maintenance on drill bits. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical repair, mechanical assembly, or equipment repair preferred.
- Basic knowledge of power tools, grinders, and shop equipment
- Flexibility to work shifts as assigned (may include evenings/weekends)
Responsibilities
- Support the repair and maintenance of drill bits used in energy operations.
- Assist with production processes and equipment servicing.
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times.
