What You'll Be Doing Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently during night shift production. Monitor dredging depth, slurry consistency, and material flow to maintain optimal output. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on dredge and related equipment. Communicate operational updates and report issues promptly to plant leadership. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support continuous plant performance. What We Are Looking For Strong commitment to working safely in an industrial environment. Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot heavy equipment confidently. Capability to work independently, problem-solve, and maintain attention to detail. Comfort working a night shift schedule in outdoor working conditions. Reliable team member with consistent attendance and communication. Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout uneven terrain for extended periods. Capability to lift and carry materials or tools up to 50 pounds as needed. Comfortable working in confined or elevated spaces when performing inspections or equipment checks. Ability to operate equipment and use hand tools requiring manual dexterity and sustained focus. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
