The Downstream Operations Planner ensures smooth processing of customer orders, reliable planning of configuration orders, and stable availability of materials across the downstream value chain. The positions combines operational order-to-cash execution with planning tasks and replenishment. The Downstream Operations Planner maintains accurate data in ERP system, coordinates with internal stakeholders, monitors material flows, resolves issues impacting delivery. Growth with in role availiable Downstream Operation Planner I Task and Responsibilities Acts as first point-of-contact for basic O2C questions. Processes customer orders and delivery confirmations in ERP. Handles daily internal/external customer communication. Coordinates domestic outbound shipments and prepares shipping documents. Validates sales orders for commercial completeness. Reports stock shortages and overdue POs to replenishment planners. Uses standard daily/monthly reports. Identifies escalating priority issues and reports to high-level management. Meets assigned deadlines accurately and reliably. All other duties as assigned by management.
