Requirements

• Be a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant business
• Need to be 18+ for prep cook position
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)

Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, weighing, and prepping dough like a pro
• Using a mixer and rounder to prepare dough balls for proofing
• Shredding and prepping cheese (aka pizza gold)
• Maintaining a clean and organized prep area
