In this role, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients, managing food stock, and working with attention to detail to fulfill all orders with quality standards. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Requirements

We require that you have background, consisting of a minimum of 1 + year experience as a Sushi Cook
Ability to work under pressure, adjust to changing priorities
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Knowledge of the Japanese cuisine

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients
Demonstrate excellent sushi preparation skills and expertise in traditional Japanese fish cutting techniques and high-quality ingredients
Exceptional knife skills, ability to handle and cut fish with precision, speed, & safety
Maintain proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
