Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Double Cut Steakhouse Sous Chef. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the culinary operations of our popular signature dining experience. Named for a larger cut of meat, Double Cut is a contemporary steak house with a menu that departs from a classic representation without chasing away traditionalists. You will have culinary expertise, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve excellence across all aspects of the operation.
