As the Dorm Custodian, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day employee housing functions that keep the park running smoothly. Job Summary: The basic responsibility of this position is to provide cleaning and upkeep of the public areas in Employee Residences at a specific location. The Dorm Custodian will follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules and work with the Housing Manager/Assistant and Residence Coordinators on special projects as needed. Requirements

Responsibilities

Safe, thorough cleaning of employee dorms and their immediate vicinity.
Use of proper operating and preventative maintenance techniques with Company issued equipment and cleaning agents such as vacuum cleaners and chemicals.
Handle issued keys with proper level of security.
Independently perform routine cleaning duties to maintain health and fire safety standards in residences.
Serve as a role model for residents. The minimum expected is the personal observation of all residence hall regulations, Xanterra Parks & Resorts policies, state and federal laws.
