About The Position

Responsible for crafting, assembling, and finishing custom doors and related millwork components according to design specifications and quality standards. This role requires precision woodworking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials and tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork (custom door experience preferred).
Ability to operate woodworking machinery (table saws, planers, routers, CNC machines).
Strong understanding of wood species, joinery techniques, and finishing processes.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately.
Physical stamina and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in woodworking or carpentry preferred.
3+ years of experience in custom millwork or related field.
