This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the Guest Services team, you will ensure total guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. This position meets and greets each guest arriving to or departing from the Hotel. Assists in parking, baggage handling, direction and transportation needs. Works closely with Valet Parkers, Key Control, Bell staff, Shuttle Drivers, and Host/Hostesses. Leads door staff and oversees door operations.
