The coordinator is an integral part of the Donor Relations Team, providing administrative support in all aspects of the team's work within Advancement. Specifically, this role supports the College's comprehensive stewardship program by producing timely, accurate, and personalized donor acknowledgement letters and assisting with the preparation of stewardship reports. Working closely with the Director and Associate Director of Donor Relations, the coordinator ensures that all communications reflect the College's voice of gratitude and demonstrate the impact of philanthropy. The coordinator will also assist in maintaining the stewardship/donor relations data in the Advancement database. This role requires strong writing, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage workflows, maintain records, and contribute to the team's overall efforts to strengthen donor engagement and recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Produce acknowledgement letters for donors at all gift levels.
  • Assist in the production of impact reports for all endowed funds (scholarship and non- scholarship funds).
  • Assist in the creation of scholarship funds; maintain stewardship/donor relations data in the Advancement database.
  • Assist other units in preparing letters and other written materials that highlight philanthropy.
  • Assist with major College events (Homecoming, Reunion, Commencement, etc.) and Advancement Events as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
