About The Position

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Donor Operations Support Specialist to join our team in N. Wilkesboro, NC. As a Donor Operations Support Specialist, you will support users of Donor systems at Samaritan's Purse and our affiliate offices by providing technical training, answering questions, resolving issues, and handling system configuration with professionalism and a compassionate approach that is representative of the ministry. In the role of Donor Operations Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our donor management software and related products and how they are used by Samaritans Purse and our affiliate offices. Respond to user inquiries and support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and communicate status of tickets in a timely way. Coordinate and deliver training on our products, including new user training, new feature training, and refresher training for existing staff. Prepare the appropriate materials for training and ensures that online training modules and assessments are completed to ministry standards. Gather and document user requirements for system enhancements and automated processes to support operational needs. Perform testing of software and processes, coordinating testing with users as needed. Maintain relationships with users by spending time in their areas and understanding their processes and challenges. Customize and configure ministry donor products to meet the needs of our users. Maintain data integrity and security for our donor management software and related products by managing user access and roles, ensuring training compliance, and promoting adherence to established quality standards and processes. Requirements

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university and one (1) to three (2) years of related experience.
A relevant combination of education and experience would be considered.
Fluency in English (required)

Nice To Haves

General knowledge of donor management software, including configuration and user interface, is preferred, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly and resolve issues.
