Donor Engagement Officer
About The Position
Baptist Health is looking for a Donor Engagement Officer to join our team in Louisville, KY The Donor Engagement Officer will help increase financial support for Baptist Health and its strategic initiatives through the development and stewardship of a highly functioning annual and midlevel donor portfolio. The Donor Engagement Officer researches and implements strategies to identify, cultivate and steward donors and broaden the base of support. This individual will be responsible increased growth and retention of President’s Circle members and annual gift level donors. This position will report to the Stewardship Manager and will work closely with system and market team members. The position will be a resource for all Baptist Health staff as it carries out key initiatives within the donor relations program to ensure strong donor retention, a key metric that is vital to a robust and sustainable philanthropy program. This position requires frequent travel across Kentucky and Southern Indiana to meet with and manage donors in portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience
- This position requires frequent travel throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana

- Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce compatible applications preferred
