The Donation Operations Education and Training Manager manages the design, delivery and continuous improvement of education programs for a federally designated Organ Procurement Organization (OPO). This role is responsible for managing the development of a prescriptive learning framework that aligns with regulatory requirements and organizational strategy. The Donation Operations Education and Training Manager is expected to adhere to all organizational policies and applicable regulatory obligations, stewardship of resources, confidentiality, and ethical conduct, and to devote all professional time to the performance of the responsibilities of this job description and remain available to fulfill management responsibilities inside and outside standard business hours as LiveOnNY’s needs dictate. Work Environment: LiveOnNY’s Corporate Office is the default work location for all employees.
