St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco’s mission is to offer hope and service, on a direct person to person basis, working to break the cycles of homelessness and domestic violence.. The Domestic Violence Case Manager for the Rosalie House emergency DV shelter provides a full range of direct services to survivors of domestic violence in our confidential shelter. This position will work with other Domestic Violence Case Managers, when client issues arise, to mediate and resolve challenges with shelter clients, utilizing a trauma-informed lens. This position will require strong administrative skills and the ability to review, process, and maintain a caseload of clients. The candidate will have a keen focus on connecting clients and families to supportive services and community resources. Supportive services include but are not limited to, linkages to existing programs in San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area, harm reduction services, public program benefits, health services, and behavioral health services. Principal duties are performed at the confidential shelter. This is a full-time, non-exempt, union position working 40 hours per week Tuesday through Saturday 11:00am to 7:30pm.
