About The Position

A MuleSoft Lead typically oversees the design, implementation, and integration of business applications using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. The role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions. Here are the key roles and responsibilities of a Mulesoft Lead: 1. Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture Design & Architect Integration Solutions: Responsible for architecting integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. This includes designing APIs, microservices, and middleware solutions. Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership to ensure that the development team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and design principles while implementing MuleSoft solutions. Integration Strategy: Define and lead integration strategies that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. 2. Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead a Team of Developers: Manage and guide a team of MuleSoft developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery of integration solutions. Mentoring: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge of MuleSoft and integration patterns. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, project managers) to align technical solutions with business requirements. 3. Development & Implementation API Design & Development: Lead the development and deployment of APIs using MuleSoft’s API-led connectivity approach. This includes API design, testing, and deployment on the Anypoint Platform. Integrate Systems: Integrate various back-end systems (ERP, CRM, databases) using MuleSoft connectors and custom-built connectors. Environment Management: Set up and manage MuleSoft environments (development, testing, production), ensuring proper configurations and deployment pipelines
