About The Position

As a Salary.com Professional Services Consultant , you will perform product implementations for new customers as well as support existing customers in the use of the CompAnalyst software. This is a consultative role focused on providing system-related solutions that ensure the success of our customers. Requires detail orientation, creativity with a solutions-oriented customer-success focus, project management capabilities, systems comprehrension, and the ability to use Microsoft Excel in managing large data sets. This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA. Career pathing & growth opportunities Base Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 plus quarterly bonus potential

Requirements

  • Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver
  • Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated relevant experience
  • 0 - 2 years in customer-facing consultative role
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions in serving the needs of customers
  • Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills
  • Understanding of how relational databases function
  • Experience as a Compensation Analyst a plus

Responsibilities

  • On-board new customers, identify and implement creative solutions to non-standard customer requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining client relationships post-implementation through ongoing service.
  • Provide ongoing product support to our customers, and support their internal compensation projects.
  • Develop rapport and credibility with Clients and Internal Partners.
  • Document client business processes and software system configurations.
  • Conduct meetings between Salary.com representatives and customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Technology teams to develop solutions for customers.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Achieve the goals, milestones, and deliverables agreed to with your customers.
  • Develop standard processes and procedures to scale recurring initiatives.
  • Diagnose and solve technical issues related to the software application.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption.
