About The Position

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Deal Coordinator is responsible for performing clerical duties for the Contracts team and the Business Office. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: EDRS entry, Overnight Deal packages, trade vehicle payoffs and interdepartmental communications. Why Dolan? Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Process EDRS (Titles and Registration) through NV DMV website. Review of customer vehicle sales contract information Overnight Deal packages and logging outgoing mail. Trade Vehicle payoffs to financial institutions Overnight trade payoffs and logging outgoing checks. Ability to work well in a process-driven environment. Why Should You Apply? Requirements

  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Multitasking, and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
