About The Position

As a Paramedic at Legacy EMS, you will play a vital role in providing medical care to individuals in need. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responding to emergency calls and assessing the medical needs of patients. Administering necessary medical treatments and interventions in accordance with established protocols. Transporting patients to medical facilities in a safe and efficient manner. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and emergency response teams. Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

Requirements

Currently certified as a paramedic in the state of Colorado or NREMT.
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
CPR certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Strong clinical and decision-making skills in emergency situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to obtain a flight line driver license (483).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
FEMA ICS Courses (ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700) Required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Able to pass a thorough background screening.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This contract works 24-hour shifts.
