About The Position

The Document Processing Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of client and internal documents. This position supports consulting projects by ensuring data and documents are processed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process various client and project-related documents.
  • Enter and update document data into internal databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Verify document integrity and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining document archives.
