About The Position

Responsibilities: Document management: Process and complete document change request in accordance with procedures. Assure released documents have proper formatting and document markings. Working cross functionally with different groups in the organization to strengthen internal processes and procedures. Support internal and external audits. Communicate monthly document review requirements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of records, and identify discrepancies or errors Records: Organize, file, storage, and retrieval of records in accordance with company policies and requirements. Assist with Legal Holds

Requirements

  • BS Degree in a related field (e.g., business, administration, quality control) or equivalent education/experience
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a defense contracting environment.
  • Knowledge of record-keeping software and systems (e.g., document management systems).
  • 2+ years of office work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
  • Familiarity with quality control regulations and standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
