About The Position
The Document Management Intern will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly support the implementation of a new ERP system.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-driven; can work autonomously despite ambiguity.
- Technical computer acumen; can work within Microsoft Excel and other database environments.
- Detail-oriented; has the ability to maintain accuracy within large databases.
- The ideal candidate is pursuing a business-related degree in a four-year university.
- Candidates should be entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year or enrolled in a graduate program.
Responsibilities
- Organize and validate a database of manufacturing production drawings.
- Clean, standardize, and validate large files of data.
- Regularly update leadership on the status of assigned projects.
- Other projects as assigned.
