Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Batchelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field.
  • Certifications (one or more): CDT, CBCS, CCS, MOSAbility to interpret data and apply visuals.
  • AASHTOWare software experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems
  • Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team
  • Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents
  • Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
  • Assist the Project Engineer with back-up documentation of Pay Estimates and construction documentation.
  • Create and manage back-up documentation of construction contract documents
  • Must be willing to travel to remote locations in Alaska for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours during construction season
  • Must be willing to work in remote camp settings
  • Perform other duties as needed
