In the role of Document Control Specialist I, we'll count on you to: Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Certifications (one or more): CDT, CBCS, CCS, MOS Ability to interpret data and apply visuals Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) TxDOT or Hidalgo County RMA experience a plus. This is not a work-from-home position. Work will be performed in an established office near Pharr, TX. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience with Microsoft Office An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position What We Believe HDR is our company.
