About The Position

The Contract Compliance Administrator works with the Sr. Manager of Contracts to maintain and ensure the integrity of compliance-tracking tools, enabling our sellers & team members to access customer locations. This Administrator is directly responsible for compiling all necessary documentation and approvals and loading them properly for audit and tracking purposes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience supporting contracts administration.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and proactively without supervision.
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Ability to handle large workloads while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Proficiency in the latest versions of Microsoft Office, MS Teams and Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Contract Compliance tools (ISN, Avetta, etc) for all US AND Canadian customer accounts by responding to questionnaires and uploading required documentation.
  • Coordinate with Environmental Health and Safety, Legal, Finance, Sales and other business partners as needed to request and obtain required compliance documentation and statistics.
  • Maintain a list of customers using these tools and advise leaders on trends
  • Perform special ad hoc projects related to compliance, such as advising on contract language updates for these management tools.
