Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with intake and legal teams to identify and collect documents that strengthen VA disability claims.
  • Communicate with clients through phone, text, and email to obtain supporting statements and evidence.
  • Manage a high-volume workload, collect documents by deadlines, and follow timelines closely.
  • Follow SOPs precisely to ensure each step of the document collection process meets firm standards.
  • Use critical thinking to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles in the document gathering process.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases to ensure full documentation for each client.
  • Track and analyze your performance metrics to improve efficiency and meet collection goals.
