How You Will Make an Impact: We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of every individual you treat. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in the evaluation, ongoing assessment, treatment, and management of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care that promotes optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Phenomenal communication and leadership skills.
  • Prioritize a patient-first mindset by delivering evidence-based care tailored to individual needs.
  • Ability to teach and guide both patients and rehab techs.
  • Maximize patient care in a high-volume environment by adhering to scheduled appointments and maintaining timely interactions.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program.
  • Licensed to practice in Texas.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications are a plus (McKenzie, Graston, ART, etc.).
  • Clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive chiropractic and rehabilitative services.
  • Collaborate with medical doctors to optimize patient care.
  • Instruct therapeutic exercise protocols and apply various modalities.
  • Manage administrative and practice development tasks.
  • Cultivate a strong professional identity by building meaningful relationships with patients and referral sources, ensuring they consistently think of you for chiropractic care.
