Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to easily communicate with guests
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet resort guests at the ferry dock
• Assist guests with their luggage and personal items, loading them into resort carriages
• Deliver luggage to guest rooms
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
