Amentum has a workforce of approximately 50,000 people in over 80 countries on all seven continents and is headquartered in Chantilly, VA Amentum is seeking a DLP/IT Infrastructure Projects Lead for a large-scale contract operated in the Washington, DC metro area to consolidate and modernize IT, cybersecurity, and network services across all 50 states and territories. The DLP/IT Infrastructure Projects Lead shall provide innovative solutions that will propel the projects into the next generation of technologies and helping to maintain superiority from an IT perspective. We are pipelining candidates for a future contract award. The candidate will perform the following duties:

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience managing projects with a similar scope and complexity to the DLP and IT infrastructure requirements of the TOR
  • Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.

  • Experience in technical leadership and guidance of operational tasks, including review of work products for compliance with industry-accepted standards.

Responsibilities

  • The DLP/IT Infrastructure Projects Lead will lead a diverse team of network engineers, installers, designers, and administrative team members to provide services to maintain and refresh current NGB Distance Learning classrooms, USARC IT Networks, and other network refresh projects as required.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT and DLP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
  • Develop and refine DLP policies, configure DLP technologies, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Align IT infrastructure projects with business goals and contribute to the organization's overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee project budgets, manage resources, and work with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure systems and DLP solutions are secure and comply with all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
