Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: You’ll be responsible for regional cost management of a global data center portfolio, managing a team of up to four resources and reporting into national leadership. You’ll prepare and present funding requests as required to suit project progression, based on scope, estimates and historical data. You'll identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register. You'll assist in cost review and contract negotiation for key GC and OFCI work packages, making final recommendations on approval to the client. You'll create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance. You'll attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions. You will manage and review all project change requests from the supply chain and negotiate costs downwards where possible. You will establish and maintain the project cash flow forecast monthly You'll prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports. Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent - in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics or another cost / construction focused
  • 8+ years of minimum cost management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Strong understanding of Cost Management (cost reports, change
