Requirements

  • Completion of high school or its equivalent
  • Secretarial/computer business courses or graduate from college training program.
  • Proficient in Windows environment (Word, Excel required and Access preferred).
  • Able to process information quickly and accurately.
  • Efficient use of computer and office equipment
  • Possesses problem solving skills.
  • Maintains competency appropriate to the services provided and needs of age groups served

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Payroll.
  • Shift Wizard as needed
  • Maintains departmental employee files.
  • Arrange travel for Assistant Directors and staff as needed
  • Ensures appropriate/timely communication to departmental staff and peers re: current Licensure and credentials.
