The position is for a professional, experienced, and effective Division Director or Vice President of Finance with a proven history of accounting and finance success. This role involves performing numerous functions to improve the financial performance of local homebuilding operations, serving as the primary leader for all finance and accounting functions for the division team, and acting as the division’s Compliance Officer relating to Corporate Code of Conduct and Major Transaction procedures.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of positive results related to Financial Acumen, Competitive Analysis, Strategic Planning and Business Operations
Demonstrate Leadership and an understanding of key metrics that drive a successful team
College degree in Accounting or Finance
Thorough knowledge of financial operations
CPA / CMA or MBA
