The Divisional Vice-President of Finance is a key member of the Divisional Steering Group (DSG), providing financial leadership, insightful and educated guidance to help drive the company’s growth and profitability. This role requires a thorough understanding of finance and a passion for driving the optimum performance of a business for the long term. The position reports to the President of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive and leadership experience in a strategic financial leadership role.

Nice To Haves

  • CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
  • Global manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
  • M&A experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership record with demonstrated excellence at building and engaging a high-performing team while being a leader among peers

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of DSG, provide financial leadership to shape and articulate the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Act as a strategic partner to DSG, providing financial reports and analysis to guide data driven decision making at all levels.
  • Lead M&A strategies and tactical steering of M&A related activities.
  • Coordinate all legal topics for the business.
  • Oversee and direct the finance teams, consisting of Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Fixed Assets and Credit, across four countries.
  • Provide leadership to and subsequently lead the forecasting and budget process in partnership with DSG, from Strategy to Operational steering.
  • Provide impactful financial reporting and analysis to all levels of the organization to facilitate timely & fact/data base decisions
  • Ensure the scalable accounting and control processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure the conformity and compliance of legal statutory reporting of legal entities supervised in all countries where we operate.
  • Leverage the digital enterprise architecture to support simplification and efficiency of financial and steering processes, hand in hand with the ISIT digital transformation teams
  • Develop and mentor talent within the Finance global organization for better engagement and optimum employee experience.
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile globally.
  • Provide leadership on global compliance programs and activities.
