About The Position

Division Vice President - Dallas, TX Lead Growth in a $60M Home Services Powerhouse! Seeking a hands-on operations leader to drive our Dallas division under new CEO vision. Focus: Build and manage teams of 100+ (including subcontractors) across support, installation, and tech services; expand residential/retail growth in the booming DFW Metroplex. HVAC experience preferred, but open to proven operators ready to master the industry. Total comp: $250K-$300K ($180K-$210K base + $30K-$40K bonus, with potential for higher based on performance). Role Overview Own division operations for a $60M P&L, delivering financial excellence, team development, safety, and 100% customer satisfaction. This hands-on role replaces a promoted VP; shape the future in one of our largest markets, based full-time (5 days/week) in the Dallas office with minimal travel across the greater DFW area.

Requirements

  • 10+ years operations management; proven leadership of large teams (75+ employees) with track record of sales success and operational growth.
  • Experience managing $30M+ P&L with demonstrated double-digit revenue growth (explain how you achieved it).
  • Home services experience (HVAC ideal, but not required for adaptable leaders).
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Intermediate MS Office proficiency (e.g., Excel pivot tables); project/resource management skills.
  • Strong English communication (verbal/written).
  • Valid driver's license; overtime/weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's in Business or related.
  • HVAC certification/license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily ops across support, installation, and tech teams (100+ employees/subcontractors) to hit budgets, drive double-digit revenue growth, and achieve expansion targets.
  • Supervise large-scale staff: Coach, train, and enforce performance for operational excellence and scalability.
  • Drive residential/retail expansion via innovative strategies, leveraging P&L insights for sustainable growth.
  • Ensure safety compliance, conduct audits, and promote continuous improvement across all sites.
  • Protect assets; report progress and financials to senior leaders.
  • Set objectives, delegate tasks, and address performance issues decisively.
  • Follow policies; other duties as assigned.
