We are looking for a Division Operations Associate to enable our team to build best-in-class CUAS technologies at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools & systems that support our leadership team. You will have two core areas of focus: Staffing Strategy & Execution: You will build and manage the staffing infrastructure that enables our business line to scale our personnel to execute on new initiatives. Working with business line leadership, you'll optimize our resource allocation strategies and build best-in-class digital tools to ensure we have the right disciplines available, in the right places, at the optimal time. Business Operations & Special Projects: Beyond staffing, you'll tackle high-priority operational challenges across the business line. You'll frequently be pulled into high-priority initiatives impacting many Air Defense teams that must be solved, but do not fall neatly into the purview of an existing person's job description. You'll be one of the first individuals to get tapped when a messy problem needs solving. As one of the first operations hires for Air Defense, your ability to drive tactical outcomes will prove critical to our ability to scale. Air Defense integrates systems from across Anduril - you'll partner with Division Operations team (e.g., Air Dominance & Strike, Connected Warfare) as well as core business functions (e.g., Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance) to build scalable infrastructure, conducting data-driven analyses to inform leadership decisions, and executing critical projects across a variety of domains.
