About The Position
As the Division Director for Children’s Services and a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for supporting and inspiring staff to provide quality services, strategic planning to meet program initiatives, and continuous quality improvement. The Division Director collaborates closely with community and local partners and reports directly to the COO. Requirements
- A Master’s degree, active license, plus 10 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental illness and developmental disabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong clinical and practice management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population both inside and outside the agency.
- Thorough knowledge of agency policies and practices as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
