About The Position

The DEI Advisory Council Member will participate in team meetings and discussions to come to consensus around best practices, action plans and desired outcomes. In addition, this person will serve in an advisory capacity to in planning and executing our DEI Strategic Plan, The DEI council is looking to add up to 5 members. Expectations: Time Commitment: Applicants must have the capacity to invest the required time in the committee efforts estimated to be about 4 hours each month. What to Expect: As an Advisory Council Member, you will attend in-person council meetings, participate, provide insight, ideas and recommendations in partnership with council co-chairs and subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • Must be an employee in good standing with no performance or attendance concerns.
  • Must have a demonstrated interested in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in addition to possessing the company competencies required to be successful in this role: collaborates, communicates effectively, customer focus and instills trust.
  • Must have at least two years of continuous employment with Lunds & Byerlys.
