About The Position

The Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) supports the Director of DEIB in implementing the organization's diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. This role plays a vital part in executing DEIB programs, coordinating activities, managing projects, and engaging employees across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant coursework or certification in DEIB preferred.
• Proven track record of leadership in DEIB roles, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated interest in and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DEIB-related events, trainings, workshops, and activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Support the development and dissemination of DEIB resources, including educational materials, toolkits, and communication materials including newsletters and management of DEIB intranet page.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking information, resources, or support related to DEIB matters including the “Speak-up Process”.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate DEIB principles into recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
• Collect and analyze data related to DEIB initiatives, including participant feedback, program evaluations, and demographic information.
• Facilitate and /or co-lead DEIB-focused affinity groups, committees, or working groups, fostering collaboration and dialogue among participants.
• Conduct research on DEIB best practices, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks, providing insights, recommendations to inform decision-making and maintenance of DEIB-related policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
