About The Position

Family Connections is dedicated to creating supportive, equitable environments through innovative care management services. We’re seeking a dynamic Diversity and Inclusion Coach to empower our Culture Connections Team and lead transformative initiatives across our organization. As our Diversity and Inclusion Trainer / Coach, you will: Lead impactful training sessions using our custom curriculum. Engage and inspire participants, fostering a culture of inclusion and respect. Analyze and enhance training programs based on feedback and data insights. Stay at the forefront of training trends by attending seminars and workshops. Collaborate with our evaluation team to develop targeted strategies for organizational growth. Play a key role in advancing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, working closely with the Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in training, with a deep understanding of social services and substance use disorders.
  • You have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for teamwork and cultural humility.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is a plus.
