Requirements

  • 10+ years of above-quota sales experience in the technology industry.
  • Technical sales knowledge of SASE and/or SD-WAN solutions.
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a strong network of decision-makers in the relevant district.
  • Proven experience managing large quotas and complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • Specific experience selling and managing teams in the SASE market.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal), both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and expand the district SASE sales team to scale with company growth and objectives, focusing on Western Region Strategic accounts.
  • Drive team performance through daily management of sales activities, including pipeline reviews, demand generation, and channel engagement.
  • Proactively collaborate with key partners, participating in quarterly review sessions to ensure alignment and drive mutual success.
  • Directly influence and engage in top opportunities, guiding the team's focus on large, key enterprise accounts.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and accountability that aligns with the company's objectives and empowers others to succeed.
  • Challenge the team to curiously explore new approaches and apply learnings to solve customer problems effectively.
  • Travel within the district as required to support sales efforts, customer meetings, and team development.
